Rupi is the absolute best!! I have been coming to her for years and I will never go to anyone else for a wax or eyebrows. She uses hard wax and it is so much better than soft wax!! Can not recommend enough!!

I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded in the past at different locations locally and in NYC and highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area. Threading is better on your skin over time than waxing as waxing increases the droopy eyelids that come with aging. Ruby is fantastic. Beyond being friendly, it is evident she knows what she’s doing. She understands brow shape and how to preserve thickness. I didn’t have to give much direction during my first threading. Ruby knew how to clean up the shape without thinning them out. Will be making this my new spot from now on. No more waxing.
I had a great experience getting my eyebrows threaded for the first time here! It was quick and efficient. My threader explained all the steps for me as they were working on my brows. I’ll definitely be returning!
